“无边落木萧萧下，不尽长江滚滚来”；
“昨夜西风凋碧树，独上高楼，望尽天涯路”；
“百草千花寒食路，香车寄在谁家树”……
也许无论在什么时代什么社会，痛苦和忧患总是普遍存在的，于是痛苦和忧患产生出来的诗句更具有艺术魅力。
也许痛苦和忧患更能够引起人们的思考。
也许痛苦和忧患更能够使人走向完美。
所以我渴望飘泊无定的游学生活。但我并不主张毫无目的地放弃现有的幸福。我主张为了追求更大的幸福——人性的闪光点、艺术的真谛——而不得不有所放弃。

PEOPLE LIVE A POETIC LIFE

Poetry and all other literature arts are nothing but the feeling that the author lets off. As someone has said, there are too many regrets in our life, so the arts are needed to make up for them.
Maybe I can’t make great achievement. I try my best to dig into myself, for I myself am a tome. Why do I live in such way? Why do I love poetry so much? Why am I pushing and why do I give up?
I didn’t choose to read in the Chinese Language Department as before. Perhaps I should engage myself in Classics.
The reason why I switch to another field is that pure literature occupied less and less market in China , modern people had no aesthetic mood to appreciate the exquisite poetry and prose any more. In their minds, the film and the music was much more attractive than pure literature.
I used to have an idea that poetry and prose should be introduced to the screen. Just like the people producing MTV, I produce poem-MTV. But the idea turned out to be a flash in the pan. People’s Broadcasting Station of Hubei and its TV Station and Yangtze Audio-visual Publishing Corporation refused me.

Love is enthralled by material. Love is enslaved by vanity. So if love is my welfare, then my welfare is enthralled by material and vanity.
I don’t know whether it is poetry or welfare I am seeking or the excellent combination of the two. But I haven’t got the happiness yet. What I’ve got is pain.

As an artists, it is the most important to make breakthroughs. Struggle out of confinement of life, extricate oneself from the bonds of one’s fixed mode of thinking, and possess a super-cosmic consciousness. He who lives in a groove and sticks to conventions is not bound for success.
It’s not unnecessary for philosophers to understand poetry, but the poets have to understand philosophy. They must have the same depth as philosopher and can research natural society and people from different aspects.
